More Proof Of The
Danger Of Smallpox Vaccine
The
public is now getting lots of medical propaganda about the eradication of smallpox through
vaccination; But in fact, the consensus among leading medical historians that have studied
the question have maintained that the eradication of the zymotic, or "filth";
diseases, like cholera, dysentery, typhus, plague, in the past that are popularly
attributed to mass vaccination campaigns, had actually been due to improvements in diet,
hygiene, sanitary measures, non-medical public health laws, and to a host of new
non-medical technologies, like refrigeration, faster transportation, removing horse manure

SMALLPOX
PROVISIONS HIDDEN IN HOMELAND SECURITY BILL
The Association of American
Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) is urging Members of Congress to eliminate the section of
the new Homeland Security Bill that would give the HHS Secretary virtually unlimited
powers to declare an emergency and order smallpox treatment that could include forced
immunizations and quarantines.
Bill to Limit Damages for People Injured by Smallpox Vaccine
Under a new
provision in the homeland security bill, poised for approval this week, people or
facilities that deliver the dangerous but highly effective inoculations would not face
personal liability from lawsuits by people injured or killed by the vaccine. Instead, the
federal government would defend any suit and pay any damages. Victims could get
compensated for their injuries, but not receive punitive damages.

John Warner, R-Va., said he would hold hearings to review the 19th century Posse Comitatus
law that restricts the military's involvement in domestic law enforcement. The senator
likely to head the Armed Services Committee says Congress may need to break down some
legal barriers that prevent soldiers from helping local officials during terrorist attacks
and other national emergencies.
