Merry Christmas, Have you ever realized that the very concept of compelled servitude is an
oxymoron? The government knows it. They just can't let that genie out of its bottle. The
trick to avoiding a servitude is not volunteer. We have always had an "All Volunteer
military." You just failed to see it. That was by intent - not your's, their's.
Here's the game. You (your sons, grandsons, etc) get a draft notice. "Greetings from
the president, you are hereby ordered . . ." So you show up. That's fine.
The final step in the process is called an "Induction Ceremony." The root word
is "Induce." Salesmen induce you to buy their goods, right? Must you buy?
Certainly not. Same applies here.
They ASK that the would-be inductees raise their right hands; they read a statement and
ASK that the would-be inductees say, "yes." If the would-be inductee refuses to
do those things they can't be "selected" (by the SELECTive Service System) into
that servitude. Can they force the would-be inductee to raise his right hand and assent?
NO! They have no power to do that. You see, what they are in need of is your oath. And all
oaths must be voluntary.
An oath is defined as a "binding of conscience." A compelled oath, made in
violation of the compelled person's conscience, couldn't bind his conscience. It would be
a false oath, a perjury. But in this situation the crime would rest square on the person
doing the compelling (by threat against the other person's life, limb or liberty). All
anyone need do is say, "I have a conscientious objection to swearing oaths."
That said, any induction or coercion going toward obtaining his oath becomes a crime by
the inducer or coercer.
The government very wisely "exempts" certain religions from military service NOT
because they have an objection to killing. That's just the window dressing. They are
exempted because these religions FIRST would object to the swearing of an oath. Thus,
these folks don't have to show up. Otherwise the "inductees" would be present
and witness how to not be induced to volunteer! Can't have that.
These religions are automatically classified "conscientious objectors." It
really isn't the concept of killing that puts them there. Conscience would first apply to
the oath. And without the oath they can never be a soldier.
They just won't volunteer. All servitudes have to be voluntary. All servitudes require the
oath of the servant. That's what makes him the servant. But no government, no court, no
president is ever going to tell you this simple truth. If they did, well, they'd quickly
run out
of servants - at least in a Christian country. Christ commanded his followers to swear no
oaths. He knew that there was an exception, one servitude which arises without an oath.
That's the servitude a child owes his father - and Christians all share One Father. If you
swear no oaths,
then you'll never be trapped into trying to serve two masters.
